Canon, PMA 2006, Orlando, FL: This massive booth featured curved truss, a rear-projection rotating hanging sign and curved fabric banners. In addition to the hanging elements, there were specific color temperature needs for the specialized product display areas. Panasonic North America, PCEC, International Consumer Electronics Show 2011, Las Vegas, NV: Another new custom exhibit for a highly technical and visually arresting multi-level space created by using strong, colorful theatrical LED strip sign lighting, plus integration with a mass display of multi media prowess, this very complicated compound curve display produced 'aisle appeal' that was a magnificent attractor to the main exhibit booth for attendees and provided a live stage for major television news and CES show coverage, all broadcast from the main Panasonic stage. Xerox, Print Show 2005, Chicago, IL: This extensive trade show booth showcased not only custom fabric hanging sign lighting, but color corrected product lighting for printing materials. Also included was a booth-wide, time code presentation that required highly technical lighting programming. John Deere, Con Expo/Con Ag 2011, Las Vegas. NV: Making a very successful and groundbreaking product launch, this booth featured an intricate live presentation coupled with time code video content sequenced along with lighting and sound for a major impact. Also, gobo lights were used to create digital signage as a significant cost differential the print. Day lighting, arc-source fixtures used for all product for true color rendering. Marvell, ICES 2011, Las Vegas, NV: Fine Design Associates, Inc. will work with you to assist you and your fabric hanging sign experts so that they are constructed and are able to be displayed safely and correctly to give the maximum benefit and create visibility by using strong, textured theatrical stage lighting. Samsung Electronics America, ICES 20100, Las Vegas, NV: An extremely large and diverse space with one major lighting requirement: Bright and even. Fine Design Associates, Inc, provided a total concept lighting solution that was comprised of day lighting source fixtures to provide a retail-like atmosphere, where all product displays were lit in the same direct and proper way. In addition, there was a great deal of automated fixtures used to light the expansive hanging signs. Samsung Telecom, CTIA 2008, Las Vegas: This intricate trade show exhibit featured close coordination between the Fine Design lighting team and the exhibit designer/builder to execute the multi-level scenic elements and the safe management of all flying and supported scenic hanging signs. DDR, RECON 2008, Las Vegas, NV: This custom trade show booth exemplifies how theatrical lighting can completely change an existing space. By not flying a rig, and using ground-level LED strips placed inside the frosted plexiglass towers, we were able to provide high visibility and gave the client an impact on the show floor that created buzz. Cadence, DAC, 2004, San Diego, CA: This exciting-looking property was the result of custom circular truss internally lit with truss warmers in corporate branding colors. The booth also contained a sophisticated and technically challenging sales presentation. Turner Boradcasting, NCTA 2010, Los Angeles, CA: Our longest-running (14 years) project is always fun, the entire lighting system is uses time code to synch with the various mulit-media presentations, while making extensive use of lighting gobo projections and used automated moving light fixtures to cycle through 20+ corporate logos and branding. Verizon Wireless, ICES 2011, Las Vegas, NV: Brand new custom exhibit build featuring LED lighting for a curved hanging sign that ran the perimeter of the booth. Also, a combination of standard TV, film, television lighting was used with automated, moving light fixtures to light large fabric surfaces and also to project corporate branding and messaging. Gobo lighting. Samsung Telecom, ICES 2007, Las Vegas, NV: The custom hanging string sculptures were a unique lighting challenge in that we did not have exact dims on the hanging elements. Fine Design used a custom pipe grid to enable us to use LED lighting in conjunction with traditional theatrical stage lighting to produce a colorful effect with high visibility and impact. Volvo, Con Expo/Con Ag 2011, Las Vegas, NV: Highly technical execution of true integration of custom exhibit lighting, display lighting, audio visual LED screens and product launch, this booth used all manner of lighting fixtures to address very specific and exacting requirements all blended seamlessly for the end user. Nickelodeon Networks, Licensing Show, NY, New York: Just a great, fun space to do, with a large amount of very intricate fabric hanging signs. Booth designers pushed for something that had kinetic lighting and made heavy color application a must. Samsung, Comdex 1998, Las Vegas, NV: This large property featured massive scrim fabric hanging banners or signs that required intricate fixture placement to be certain the was no fabric in the way when lighting the exhibit product. Canon, ICES 2011, Las Vegas, NV: This intricate stand displayed several product types, LED truss lighting, plus included audio visual projection and a live presentation that all were managed and coordinated though our experienced production team. Haier, ICES 2011, Las Vegas, NV: For a sharp, clean design, this booth made excellent use of a budget-sensitive theatrical lighting allocation, Fine Design Associates, Inc. produced a cost effective lighting solution that not only provided a place to be able to hang an extensive amount of fabric hanging sign branding, but also used a circular truss to provided a custom canopy to define the live presentation on the main stage. Also, automated, moving light heads were used to prominently display the corporate logo through projecting gobos. Sparks Exhibits and Environments, Global Shop 2009, Las Vegas: This award winning booth showcased dramatic use of ground level LED up lighting and a fabric ceiling specially designed to allow placement of lighting fixtures. Medium in size, but highly visible in impact, the space allowed for liberal application of color throughout. Boston Scientific, DDW 2008, San Diego, CA: This booth features heavy use of curved hanging signs lit with both traditional, standard theatrical lighting, and LED and automated lighting fixtures. Panasonic North America, ICES 2008, Las Vegas, NV: This large exhibit featured a full-length hanging sign the employed truss-warmers (fixtures inside the truss) to provide great visibility and control. The interior of the booth was highly focused, hard edge theatrical lighting, paying special attention to not wash out the product, which in this particular case we primarily Plasma TV screens and other A/V product. Samsung Electronics, ICES 2010, Las Vegas, NV: This booth featured the award-winning 'Digital Leaves' Monument that showcased not only overall lighting design application, but a complete production solution and integration of a multi-layered approach, inclusive of fully mastered digital sound driven by the Matrix3 'Wildtracks' server to create a totally immersive environment. This booth also featured heavy use of LED strip lighting, and fabric 'cloud' hanging elements, also lit by LED's. Samsung Electrocnics, ICES 2010, Las Vegas, NV: An interior shot showcasing the use of double-LED strip lighting to enhance hanging fabric panel walls, and the use of gobo texture to light the sleek properties below, and back-lighting for the product area to high light the TV display line up. RJ Reynolds, NACS 2008, Chicago, NV: This booth featured an interior with extensive use of line-array LED fixtures utilizing bit-mapping programming and full color glass gobo projection Panasonic North America, ICES 2010, Las Vegas, NV: This 24,000 sq/ft exhibit featured a full length fabric canopy that we lit with traditional theatrical lighting, using ellipsoidal (leko) fixtures to produce a bright and dramatic effect along the entire hanging fabric element. In addition to that, overall booth lighting heavily employed LED fixture use to reduce overall carbon footprint and with a desire to reduce electrical and labor costs. Nahkeel, Cityscapes 2008, New York, NY: This new build, 1st use exhibit showcased a large fabric canopy for which we used automated up lighting to produce a booth-wide animated kinetic lighting water effect. Samsung Electronics, ICES 2008, Las Vegas, NV: Another large booth space featuring LED lighting for hanging fabric panels, and a rear-projection full color gobo for branding and messaging throughout. Exhibitor Magazine, Exhibitor Show, 2005, Las Vegas, NV: Smaller size booth, but traditional application of standard theatrical lighting effects utilizing scrim fabric and corporate branding through gobos. Hershey's, FMI, 2006, Chicago, IL: This booth features gobo lighting and image projection on a custom curved fabric hanging sign. Fine Design was tasked with using theatrical lighting to generate excitement and buzz through the projection of many corporate brands and product messaging.
